How to request the deletion of your data?

To request the deletion of your data, send a request to our contact email stating that you want to delete your data associated with IA Agency. To help us correctly identify the information, we may ask for additional details needed to verify the request.

Account identifier, if you have one.
Service or application you interacted with.
A description of the data you want deleted.

We do not ask for any information beyond what is strictly necessary to locate and verify the data.

Request verification

Before processing a deletion request, IA Agency may need to verify your identity or your ownership of the information. The sole purpose of this verification is to prevent the improper deletion of information belonging to someone else.

Processing the request

IA Agency will review the request and delete the personal data that should be deleted, in accordance with legal obligations and applicable exceptions.

Certain information may need to be retained where there is a legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention or other legitimate basis for keeping it. In those cases, we will inform you of the retention where possible.

Data associated with Meta

If you have interacted with an IA Agency application or service through Meta technologies, you can use this same procedure to request the deletion of the personal data that IA Agency has received or processed in connection with that interaction.
